  1. This one more reason to make sure our kids are eating right. Basically, it's best to teach them as early as possible about healthy food so that they don't turn out to be picky eaters or junk food addicts later on.

    In this day and age, eating healthy means eating organic food that are without preservatives and artificial chemicals. The amount of chemicals people intake from processed foods are very alarming.
