  1. I LOVE exercising in the morning. IF I don't do it first thing, then I end up not exercising at all during the day. I need an empty stomach to exercise. Since 2003, I've lost around 66 lbs, a little at a time, that is the secret, not lose it all in one month. Because you surely will gain every pound back and then some. OF course my diet has drastically changed during this time.
