  1. I've read that sugar beets are almost all of the GMO kind, does that apply to the red beets as well?

  2. Guess there's even more reason for me to crave for miso soup. I'm a little surprised with avocado being on the list though. From what I've been told, aside from any beneficial fat, it's also loaded with artery-clogging cholesterol.
