  1. I think there is more to alternative medicine than just taking vitamins. I am a licensed massage therapist and I think you gotta take a wholeness approach. Vitamins are just a small part of the entire spectrum of holistic healing. Massage for example, could probably help someone with pain management than a prescription for Vicodin. I've also taken a course in herbology, which kind of goes with the vitamin idea but its more of using specific herbs in teas and tinctures….now basically the core of the problem is big pharm, they run the healthcare industry and all they care about is pushing their drugs and trying to dismiss the real solutions as rubbish. My friend has ADD and he hated taking the meds…so he smoked pot instead, and it totally works for him. Weed is illegal pretty much because of pharmaceutical companies paying senators to keep it that way.

  2. I wouldn't be too sure about the universal goodness and lack of bad affects of vitamins.

In a contrarian school of thought, antioxidants are thought to be possibly detrimental in cases where apoptosis (cell death) needs to occur, thus avoiding cancer.

I used to take multivitamins pretty faithfully. After my 2nd bout of 2 different types of cancer, I stopped, 9 yrs ago.

    Just saying.

    1. Were you taking synthetic (chemically derived made by Big Pharma) "vitamins" or whole food sourced vitamins?

  3. Soon Vitamins will have to be labeled drugs and highly regulated or they will have to be taken away…The Food and Death administration is in the wings and I have heard CODEX IS NOT DEAD..Water will also become a focal point in the future..
