    Great article and thanks for sharing. We do yoga daily, and its helped greatly. Not only has it helped maintain my UC in remission, but it has also [as mentioned by the article] helped with a variety of pain issues experienced in the past in respect to chronic inflammation. More people need to learn the benefits of yoga because its so simple, and yet so effective.

      do you have experience with yoga with fairly extreme stiffness and pain issues or do you know anyone who does?
